In accordance with CA Senate Bill 39, all deliveries to California residents must be sent "Adult Signature Required".

State Restrictions

California
While we require all purchasers to be over 21 years of age, California’s Senate Bill 39 requires us to:
• Confirm your delivery of tobacco products by telephone call after 5PM (PT) the day prior to shipment • Obtain the signature of a person 21 years of age or order before completing the delivery
Note, in order to comply with this restriction, we are unable to ship to a PO Box or offer certain shipping methods to California.
• New Havana Cigars complies with the State of California UTL Bill and will not knowingly ship any of the products subject to this law to the State of California.

Connecticut
Due to Connecticut State Regulations, we do not ship the following products to Connecticut addresses:
• Small Cigars (Weighing 3lb per 1000 or less)

Delaware
While we require all purchasers to be over 21 years of age, Delaware’s Title 30 Chapter 53 requires us to:
• Receive and store age verification documents in order to sell a tobacco product to you. We have partnered with Agechecker.net to safely and securely store your information. This is a one-time process, and the information will only be used to comply with your state’s requirements. Obtain the signature of a person 21 years of age or order before completing the delivery Note, in order to comply with this restriction, we are unable to ship to a PO Box or offer certain shipping methods to Delaware.

Hawaii
Due to Hawaii State Regulations, we do not ship any products to Hawaii addresses.

Maine
Due to Maine State Regulations, we do not ship the following products to Maine addresses:
• Cigars with Homogenized/HTL Wrappers • Small Cigars (Weighing 3lb per 1000 or less) • Pipe Tobacco

Maryland
Due to Maryland State Regulations, we do not ship the following products to Maryland addresses: • Cigars with Homogenized/HTL Wrappers • Small Cigars (Weighing 3lb per 1000 or less)

Massachusetts
Due to Massachusetts State Regulations, we do not ship any Flavored Tobacco products to Massachusetts addresses.

Montana
Due to Montana State Regulations, we do not ship the following products to Montana addresses:
• Filtered Cigars

Pennsylvania
Due to Pennsylvania State Regulations, we do not ship the following products to Pennsylvania addresses:
• Small Cigars (Weighing 4lb per 1000 or less) in carton packs, containing 20 to 25 sticks per pack.

Utah
Due to Utah State Regulations, we do not ship any products to Utah addresses.

Vermont
Due to Vermont State Regulations, we do not ship the following products to Vermont addresses:
• Small Cigars (Weighing 4.5lb per 1000 or less)

Washington
Due to Washington State regulations, we cannot ship the following products to Washington addresses:
• Small Cigars (Weighing 3lb per 1000 or less) • Pipe Tobacco

Tobacco Excise Tax varies by State and may be assessed by individual States as reported. Excise tax on product sold out of the State of Ohio is the responsibility of the buyer. Some states require reporting of tobacco products received from out of state vendors on Income Tax returns or by other means.

We do not market or sell our products to anyone under 21 years of age.

Shipping & Returns

CREDIT CARD POLICIES:

An authorization hold is placed on your card at time of ordering, and the funds are captured when the order is actually shipped.

We process Visa, MC, AMEX and Discover credit cards. We utilize AVS (address verification services) on all orders received and verify both the billing address and zip code. If either the address or the zip code do not match, the transaction will decline. We only ship to verified Billing addresses. If we cannot verify the Shipping address as that of the card holder, we reserve the right to cancel the order without further notice as a protection for ourselves and the credit card holder.

All international shipments will be made via USPS International and will be billed to your credit card according to current rates calculated in real time.

We ship to the continental United States and verified countries. If you don't see your country listed, please email us and we will do our best to get it added to the list. We ship via USPS Priority Mail for all packages. You choose the service option based on when you need the product. For APOs, we ship via the US Postal Service.

RETURNS: We take pride in shipping our cigars from our facility in perfect condition. Any claim regarding quality or quantity must be made within 5 days of receipt. Returns will be accepted with prior authorization only.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

Cigars: If you are not 100% satisfied with any cigars that you purchase from us after you may return them within 21 days for credit or refund for the amount of cigars returned, minus shipping costs. Returns accepted only with original packaging intact and remaining cigars must be properly humidified upon return.

Free Promotional Items: All defective free/promotional items must be returned by customer at customer cost. Replacement will be issued when it is received.

Directions for Returns: Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number within 3 days of receipt of your order to expedite the return(s). When returning merchandise, please repack the item carefully and return it INSURED within the prescribed time(s) above. We will pay for return shipping if your package was damaged or it was our error when it reached you.
