Shipping & Returns


CREDIT CARD POLICIES:

An authorization hold is placed on your card at time of ordering, and the funds are captured when the order is actually shipped.

We process Visa, MC, AMEX and Discover credit cards. We utilize AVS (address verification services) on all orders received and verify both the billing address and zip code. If either the address or the zip code do not match, the transaction will decline. We only ship to verified Billing addresses. If we cannot verify the Shipping address as that of the card holder, we reserve the right to cancel the order without further notice as a protection for ourselves and the credit card holder.

Standard shipping rates apply. We do not mark up shipping to make additional profit.

All international shipments will be made via USPS International and will be billed to your credit card according to current rates calculated in real time.

We ship to the continental United States and verified countries. If you don't see your country listed, please email us and we will do our best to get it added to the list. We ship via USPS Priority Mail for all packages. You choose the service option based on when you need the product. For APOs, we ship via the US Postal Service.

PAYMENT TERMS: For your convenience, we accept American Expess, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard. Personal checks must clear the bank before shipping your order.

RETURNS: We take pride in shipping our cigars from our facility in perfect condition. Any claim regarding quality or quantity must be made within 5 days of receipt. Returns will be accepted with prior authorization only.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

Cigars: If you are not 100% satisfied with any cigars that you purchase from us after you may return them within 21 days for credit or refund for the amount of cigars returned, minus shipping costs. Returns accepted only with original packaging intact and remaining cigars must be properly humidified upon return.

Free Promotional Items: All defective free/promotional items must be returned by customer at customer cost. Replacement will be issued when it is received.

Directions for Returns: Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number within 3 days of receipt of your order to expedite the return(s). When returning merchandise, please repack the item carefully and return it INSURED within the prescribed time(s) above. We will pay for return shipping if your package was damaged or it was our error when it reached you.
