If your cart contains ANY item with FREE shipping, add any other items to your cart and shipping will be deducted from your DOMESTIC order when it is processed if you choose DOMESTIC PRIORITY MAIL as your shipping method.

TERMS:

Effective May 1, 2011, SHIPPING OF TOBACCO PRODUCTS TO THE STATE OF MD (Maryland) is prohibited by the state and orders to that state containing Tobacco Products cannot be fulfilled.

Tobacco Excise Tax varies by State and may be assessed by individual States as reported. Excise tax on product sold out of the State of Ohio is the responsibility of the buyer. Some states require reporting of tobacco products received from out of state vendors on Income Tax returns or by other means.

SHIPPING OF FUTURES:
Some of our products may be available as 'Futures'. This is a way of paying for a product in advance, to secure a special price discount. These products will ship when they become available. You will be charged at the time the order is placed. Products available as Futures will be clearly designated as 'Preorder' on the product page and will show an approximate time period for delivery. As with any order, you will receive an email confirmation and it will be shown in your order history as well. This concept is similar to the wine industry. Tatuaje Cigars is introducing this concept with their La Verite and L'Esprit d'Verite products in 2011.

SHIPPING TERMS: We ship to the continental United States and verified countries. If you don't see your country listed, please email us and we will do our best to get it added to the list. We ship via FEDEX and USPS for all packages. You choose the service option based on when you need the product. For APOs, we ship via the US Postal Service.

RETURNS: We take pride in shipping our cigars from our facility in perfect condition. Any claim regarding quality or quantity must be made within 5 days of receipt. Returns will be accepted with prior authorization only.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

Cigars: If you are not 100% satisfied with any cigars that you purchase from us after you may return them within 21 days for credit or refund for the amount of cigars returned, minus shipping costs. Returns accepted only with original packaging intact and remaining cigars must be properly humidified upon return.

Free Promotional Items: All defective free/promotional items must be returned by customer at customer cost. Replacement will be issued when it is received.

Directions for Returns: Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number within 3 days of receipt of your order to expedite the return(s). When returning merchandise, please repack the item carefully and return it INSURED within the prescribed time(s) above. We will pay for return shipping if your package was damaged or it was our error when it reached you.
