Epernay
Le Matin is new in 2010, previewing here at New Havana Cigars in June and July and available to Premier Accounts in August. This is the first Epernay Box Press, and the first to be distributed in boxes of 25.
The illusione Epernay brand, blended and owned by Dion Giolito, has a new size in its portfolio,
the Le Matin.
The Le Matin grew out of what to do with the now discontinued M-7 boxes lying around the
factory floor. Creating his first box pressed Dion brings to the market a distinguished cigar with
the finesse reminiscent of the eccj.
The Epernay has been made with a combination of Nicaraguan Criollo and Corojo tobaccos.
The cigar is finished with a superior-grade Café Rosado coverleaf. The Epernay blend is very
complex and perfectly balanced treating the palate to hints of coffee and honey, further
enhanced through the olfactory with floral notes, and a long creamy finish.
The illusione Epernay Le Matin will only be available at illusione premier stores.
